What is Erin’s Gulf Coast Homeschool Adventures?
This is an exciting new opportunity for Gulf Coast homeschoolers. For $8 a month per family, there are 3 guaranteed monthly field adventures, these are accompanied by educational resources that you can use to boost each field trip before or after! There is also access to a stocked community calendar, and a remind app for community, and group, events. Starting with the new year we will also have once a month park play dates, volunteer opportunities, and parent nights out!
Are there set days for events?
There are no set days for field trips, to allow flexibility for your co ops and other classes. The events are geared to all ages. Very few are small window age specific. We have ALL ages in the group.
What are the costs of the field trips?
The cost of each field trip will vary, but most stay in the free to $6/$8 range. Some do top out at $20+ but these are for boat trips and water parks and such. We also have once a semester family/friends event where you can invite other friends and family!
Who is included in your family membership?
Your membership with Erin’s Gulf Coast Homeschool Adventures includes ALL of your children, even those who have graduated, grown up, and may have already flown the nest! It also includes grandparents!
How do I find events and sign up for them?
Once you have filled out the Google doc and the Paypal sign up you will be added to the Facebook group and get your login information. Each event will have a google doc for you to fill out. I pull all my numbers for events from those docs so it’s important that you do that to sign up! You pay for events through PayPal.
