I will bring baked undecorated cupcakes, several colors of icing, lots of topping options! The kids will get a chance to decorate the cupcakes, eat them, and head to the splashpad to play! If you have a MAY birthday, or we missed singing for you in a previous birthday, we will SING Happy Birthday!
